Flash

In this image is were we croped a photo to the right size to fit in are flash animation, i started with a large image of tpain and using the rulers on photoshop to get the correct pixel size.,

this photo is the image i used for the flash after it had been cropped as you can see it is an image of tpain the size we cropped it down to is, 325 by 480 i would then go on to add a moving image onto this image i had 2 different ideas one to have a long block jsut travel up and down bmy image but then desided to go with the ball bouncing around the screen.

This is an example of the ball i used it is a golden ball, i made this using ther shape tool to create it i would next use the tween tool after making a start in finish point using the tween tool it would make it move.

In the top right of this image you can see the T that i put on my golden circle by skipin frame and creating a ovel ontop of my t i gave it an effect to make the T look like it was breating, My final product was an image of Tpain with a ball with a breathing T onit bouncing around the screen like the old school ping pong game.
I did not really enjoy this task , flash confuses me and i feel i did not learn much in the way of how exacly we did it , i managed to just keep up with what was going on but i do not feel i could do this again on my own, but overall i am happy with my final product, it is a bit simplistic but i feel with a bit of practice and reasearch i could get alot better at flash and i hope to when doing this course.

Many experts have said the comics of today have been works bassed on the original work by Rudolphe Topffler, Wilhelm Bush or Angelo Agotini.

RICHARD OUTCAULT
In 1895, created by Richard Outcault was Yellow Kid, which was suggested as the first comic strip as his was the first comic strip to use the balloon as the space for the text on the page. But there were comic strips and comic books published before the Yellow Kid debuted in the New York City newspaper, The World.

BRENDA STARR
On June 19th 1940 Brenda Starr published the first cartoon strip written by a woman in Chicago.

Around the 1900s the terms comics and comic strips came into common use in the US, the name comic is used to describe them because back then all the strips used in the paper were funny at first comic strips in newspapers were called The funnies and then later the work comics became more popular.
In 1754 Benjamin Franklin created the first editorial cartoon published in an American newspaper, the cartoon was an illustration of a snake with a severed head and had the printed words Join or Die, the cartoon was intended to intimidate the different colonies into joining what was to become the United States.

Comic books are descended from these early comic strips, comic strips have been expanded and lengthened into a huge international market of comic books for people of all ages, and a lot of money can now be made on old comic strips dependant on the quality and condition the comics have been kept in. Comic books of the modern day such as books ranging from Blondie to wolverine have hit a huge teenage market. Comics originated in the USA and have worked their way over into the UK with comics such as Beano and Chester chimp.

British comics are usually comic anthologies which are typically aimed at kids and are published weekly although some are also published on a fortnightly or monthly schedule The top 3 running British comics are The Dandy, The Beano and Comic Cuts, although in modern times British comic have been largely over taken by American comic books and Japanese manga.
